The Garage is a heritage conversion in Vancouver's trendy Gastown neighborhood. Built by The Salient Group in 2009, this 6 story Building is comprised of 34 for suites ranging from 600 to over 1,700 square feet. Homes are open concept with high ceilings and contemporary finishings. Modern kitchens come equipped with appliances by Miele. All homes have A/C climate control. Built around an intimate courtyard with heritage features. Located in the heart of Gastown and surrounded by some of the areas most exclusive boutiques, fantastic restaurants and bars. 

Originally built in 1907 and converted in 2009, Paris Block is a converted heritage building located on the boarder between Gastown and Crosstown. The 6 story building is comprised of 29 homes. 

These stylish and modern loft-style residences offer contemporary finishes throughout. Homes have over height 9'-11' ceilings. Kitchens are equipped with stainless steel countertops, appliances by AEG and Leibherr. Bathrooms feature glass and slate tiles and recessed lighting. 

Originally built in 1911 The Taylor Building was converted to residential in 2003. The 5 story brick building is comprised of 22 suites. 

The building exterior retains it's original 1911 architecture with large opening heritage windows and turn-of-the-century cornices and details.

Completed in 2009, Woodwards is a mix of reclaimed heritage and new construction. Consisting of two high-rise residential towers and low-rise section which will house the new downtown campus of Simon Fraser university. 

The east tower, located at 108 West Cordova is the shorter of the two towers at 32 stories and is comprised of 170 suites. All homes are open concept floorplans, with floor to ceiling windows. 

Completed in 2009, Woodwards is a mix of heritage low-rise and new construction. Consisting of two high-rise residential towers and a low-rise commercial component, which will house the downtown campus of Simon Fraser University. 

The west tower, located at 128 West Cordova contains 366 residences and stands at 43 stories. All homes are open concept floorplans with contemporary kitchens and baths.
